In 2014, Geverse, a new entrant to Georgia's construction market, emerged with a clear mission focused on innovation, quality, sustainable development, and community and environmental care. Setting itself apart from other construction firms, Geverse Construction offers customers a comprehensive suite of services encompassing the entire construction process—from initial concept development to project completion—including design, financing, construction, renovation, and rigorous quality assurance at every stage. With a team of skilled professionals and extensive industry experience, the company ensures each phase is executed to the highest standards.

Initially concentrating on residential construction, Geverse Construction's debut project, the Geverse Batumi Complex featuring Block A and Block B.

Building on its success in residential projects, the company expanded into the production of robust steel structures for advertising banners, offering end-to-end services encompassing design, engineering, technical execution, installation, and handover to clients.

Over time, Geverse Construction has evolved, broadened its expertise, expanded its network of partners, and taken on ambitious projects like the Pontus Rotana Resort & Spa Gonio—a large-scale 5-star hotel complex currently being built solely by "Geverse Construction."
